Our Story
Sri Sakthi Ashram, Malaysia’s first Sakthi Peedam, has been a center for spiritual growth and community service since 1990. Rooted in the Sri Vidya tradition, the ashram promotes devotion to the Divine Mother while nurturing individuals through education, discipline, and spiritual practices. Over the years, it has produced more than 500 graduates and continues to provide shelter and care for marginalized children.
The ashram actively serves the community through initiatives such as monthly food distribution to needy families, basic health programs, youth transformation initiatives, and the revival of abandoned temples. Its holistic approach integrates spirituality, education, and social responsibility, creating a space where individuals grow with strong values, compassion, and purpose. Located in Johor, the ashram operates from a modern facility designed to support spiritual learning, community engagement, and personal development.
For over two decades, our priests, teachers, and volunteers have conducted more than 50,000 poojas, guided countless retreats, and served the surrounding community through free meals, education, and healthcare camps.
