The Sacred Lineage
The Supreme Deity
Pratama Devatha · Source of all Sakthi grace and divine blessing
Shan Matha · Saaktham (Sakthism)
Kamakshi Upasagar · Founder of Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, Melaka · Attained Maha Samadhi 1996
Living Guru · Sakthi Upasakar
Founder of Sri Sakthi Ashram · Tangkak, Johor, Malaysia

The great Kamakshi Upasagar, HH Swami Srila Sri Paramahamsa Taasar, was the founder of Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, Melaka. He initiated Guruji into the sacred "Sakthi Path" when Guruji was just 18 years of age.
Guruji assisted Swamiji in many of the ashram's activities, especially those relating to students' academic progress — a thread of educational mission that continues to this day at Sri Sakthi Ashram.
HH Swami Srila Sri Paramahamsa Taasar attained Maha Samadhi in 1996, but before departing conveyed a very clear message to Guruji: his last wish was to build an ashram focusing on spiritual sadhana and academic excellence for orphans, located near a mountain side.

Guruji Sakthipriyananda is a guru with a great vision of transforming every individual who comes in contact with him to become a giant in their own life — by living a life of selfless deed to fellow humans.
For the last 37 years, Guruji has transformed every ordinary youth into an emissary of Hindu faith and Sakthi worship by inculcating the eternal truth: service to man is service to God.
Guruji is deeply loved by his disciples because he leads by example — spending every moment of his day in thinking about and transforming everyone who knows him.
The Life of Our Guru
Guruji Sakthipriyananda was born in the historical city of Malacca, Malaysia, on September 12, 1969, to Sri Subramaniam and Srimathi Valliamma. He is the 8th child and the youngest among six brothers and one sister in Sri Maniam's family.
Guruji studied at University Malaya from 1989–1992, completing his first Bachelor's degree, and went on to earn his Law degree (LLB) in 1996. He further pursued a Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and MBA (Legal) in 2001.
During his time at University Malaya, Guruji was deeply involved in social projects through the Hindu Society of University Malaya (PHUM), serving as its President in 1991. He collaborated with Malaysia Hindu Sangam (MHS), Divine Life Society (DLS), Sathya Sai International Organization, and many other prominent Hindu organisations in Malaysia.
